Art and Culture are the cornerstone of any society. The rich heritage of Odisha is not so different. The Odisha Art and Culture Foundation organised a captivating gathering on the 6th of February, 2020.
Dr. Partha Sarathi Mishra (IAS) graced the wonderful occasion and distributed various awards to the deserving proponents of various art forms. His speech at the end had a deep impact on the attendees with overflowing inspiration and determination along with bounded certainty from the authorities on the future of the Golden cultural heritage of Odisha.

Dr. Partha Sarathi Mishra is a senior IAS officer in the Government of Odisha, former additional secretary in the Higher Education Department, and presently working as the additional secretary in the Home Department of Govt Of Odisha.
