Dr. Parthasarathi Mishra at Inter-State Youth Red Cross (YRC) Study-cum-Training Camp. During the 5-day camp volunteers were trained on topics such as History of Red Cross Movement, Fundamental Principles, First Aid, HIV/AIDS, Health & Hygiene, Voluntary Blood Donation, Road Safety and Leadership, Personality Development, Demonetization & Yoga.

Various competitions were organized during the camp to harness the literary potentiality of the Youth Red Cross volunteers. This camp helped the volunteers to build their capacity to render the humanitarian services to the most vulnerable people in the society.
