Dr. Parthasarathi Mishra at District Youth Parliament Festival – 2019 Khordha District organized by P.G. Council NSS units, Utkal University under NSS Bureau, Utkal Univerisity, Bhubaneswar on 24th January 2019.
During the festival, Dr. Prathasarathi interacted with the members (P.G. Department of Political Science) exchanged ideas and understood their vision.

Dr. Partha Sarathi Mishra is a senior IAS officer in the Government of Odisha, former additional secretary in the Higher Education Department, and presently working as the additional secretary in the Home Department of Govt Of Odisha.
